VMware Workstation crashes my host OS when trying to boot Ubuntu.

Hello,

I really hope someone can help me out. I have a HP Probook 6560B running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 , up to date. VMware keeps crashing my host OS. I was using VMware Workstation 10.3. I have 3 virtual machines (Windows 7 x86, 1 CentOS 6.6, and 1 Windows XP Sp3). Everything was fine until I decided to install Ubuntu 14.04. After the installation, I've made the updates, rebooted, everything was ok. I shut it down. Next day when I woke up I opened vmware and tried to boot Ubuntu. Before even displaying the loading screen for Ubuntu, my host crashed, BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL .....d1.

I decided I should check my HDD for bad sectors and my memory. I have a Seagate HDD so I opted for Seatools for Windows. I ran a short, then long generic scan...everything was ok, no problems detected. I then checked my memory, using memtemst86+. The memory is fine too.

I've tried to boot again, same BSOD. I thought ok, maybe Seatools is just bad, let's try to install another instance of Ubuntu, maybe the HDD is faulty exactly on the sectors where the first installation is. Reinstalled Ubuntu 14.04 x64, I've made NO UPDATES this time. I shut down the machine and tried to boot the newly created instance of Ubuntu. Again, BSOD, same error message.

Then I decided I should update my VMware, so I updated to 10.5, latest version of VMware10. Still the same BSOD. I completely uninstalled VMware, rebooted, and then installed VMware Workstation 11, just to test if there is maybe a bug and it was fixed in the latest version. No luck. ALL THE OTHER virtual machines are working just FINE. I tested them all.

Please, I really really hope someone can help me resolve this issue. I will attach the minidump files. Thank you all in advance.

Thanks for comming to community, could you help to colloect support data of the host and guest? Thanks.

Power on the host, launch WS, open the Ubuntu guest, "Help -> Support->Collect Support Data...".
