Dear Community,
I am a CCNA Routing and Switching holder and I am interested in becoming certificated on VMware NSX and I have seen that there is the possibility of sitting for the VCP-NV exam without any pre-required class if my CCNA credentials are valid and will get verified.
However, I have seen on the VMWare website that this opportunity will be valid until January 2016, while on several other resources I have seen 28th of February 2015 as last possible date for doing the exam in this way.
Is anybody aware of the real date?
Otherwise I will try to get in touch directly with somebody from VMware's side.
Regards,
Fil
The deadline was recently pushed back til January 31st 2016.
Something else that was also recently changed - once you have achieved your VCP-NV you can "use" it as a pre-requisite to other VCP/VCAP/VCIX certifications (prior to the change you would have to have taken training in order to achieve those other certifications)

Thank you very much - that's what I wanted to know.
