using Converter Standalone with ESXi 5.5

Hello

I am using last Converter Full version with an ESXi 5.5.

I want to convert a Linux VM in the local network where is installed the Converter and have the new VM available from ESXi in a Data Center.

Opened ports from local network Source to ESXi.

When I start the conversion, the Converter create the new VM and wait the ESXi new VM starting, the new VM starts and wait the DHCP, but I haven´t seen any option for DHCP in ESXi.

When I create a VM in the ESXi I have to define a MAC asociated to an IP, because the automatic aren´t available.

I fill the IP options in the Converter, IP, Mask, Gateway, DNS, but I can´t see the MAC option, and without defined MAC, no VM is available from ESXi Datacenter.

What can we do? or What step I have wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Take a look at this guide: VMware: FAILED: Unable to obtain the IP address of the helper virtual machine | VMpros
