From other thread, I want to use zeroedthick to convert a .vmdk file but it encounter "insufficient disk space" error ...
As my RAID disk has total 3.64TB but the LUN can only use the first 2TB, can I add another LUN to utilize the rest of the 1.64TB .. ?!

I have seen that already, but only with a SAN configuration.
When you create the Datastore the first time, ESXi can see only 2TB. You must extend your datastore after that.
Maybe it's the same problem with your RAID.
