sts-service automatically restarts every 2 mins. It shows as REGISTERED and after 2 mins it shows as BLANK in services tab of vRAC. I am unable to login with vRAC.

Note:

In vRA management console SSO tab : Identity appliance credentials are given and certificate are imported status shows as connected. after 2 mins it got disconnect error shows as " SSO not connected" then SSO shows as connected. I dont know what is going on.

Kindly help me out of this,  Dear Evangelists!!!!!!!!

Can you check the logs to see if there is something wrong with the service?

You can find the logs on IaaS server @ C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\vCAC\Server\Logs

Thanks abhilashhbabhilashhb For  your reply.

I fixed that issue after editing host file of vRealize appliance 6.2. Entered Identity app SSO details( IP and FQDN) into host(/etc/hosts) file of vRealize automation center.

Now sts-service working fine.

but that means you have some issues with the network or configuration;

you are supposed to use static IP and to have DNS resolution properly working full time for a vRA setup to work properly.

So the problem is likely with your underlying DNS. Can you paste "nslookup -type=soa sso.fqdn.local" and  "nslookup -type=ns sso.fqdn.local" with the host file settings commented out? You'll have to reboot vRA once you comment them out. You shouldn't have to edit the host file, I wouldn't recommend doing that.
