"?" in vcops

hi all, from any days i have a problem whit collection metrics on vcops.

As you can see from image there is a lot of "?" simbols on sub-badge under "Risk" and "Efficency" major badge,  and many metrics have stopped collecting!

My fiends tell me that probably there is a problem from vcops to "understand" a license key and  try to remove and then reinsert after. I try this procedure but the result is the same.

follow my configuration:

- version: 5.8.3 build 2076729

- mode: Advanced

- capacity: Unlimited VMs

- resources: about 8900

I try also restart service and reboot the vapp.

any suggestion????

if you cancel the "fault", does your health badge  return to green/100?

Hi! No doesn't went away! :smileycry:

The "fault" that you can see is refer to a common problem on many virtual center when attached it to vcops and it is due to an incorrect configuration reside on stolen vMware converter installed on vc. I remember that there is a kb that describe the removal step.

But the fault always was here, also when all worked fine.

well I can only recommend to open ticket with vmware support and have them look into the system.
It's possible the connection with the capacity part (CIQ) does not happen for some reason. One thing to check is for any alerts listed in the "About"->"Self Info" page,

or try restarting the setup (if you haven't done so)
