Hi,
I have built a ESXi 5.5 host on a HP DL360p G8 server.
I want to be able to see the health of the RAID and its disks from the vSphere Client.
I have enabled SSH and transferred across the relevant .VIB files but I when I go to install them they are skipped.
When I built the server I used HP's inbuilt build option to aid in installing ESXi 5.5, could it be that these are already installed?
I find that if I connect to it locally it does show disk bays but it does not look right:
