Hello everybody,
i have running on my PC VMware Workstation 8.
I have enough ressources to create and start my own Virtual machines, but if i get some VM from another system there comes everytime this Error:
I can start and create my own virtual machines, but as i said in the upper part i can´t start virtual machines that haven´t been started on my PC.

You can create and start only 32-bit virtual machines, right?

Presumably, you have an Intel processor. VT-x is required for executing 64-bit virtual machines on Intel processors, and it is likely that VT-x is disabled in your BIOS. See Trouble-shooting Intel VT-x Issues.

I thought VT-x has been activated.
