Is there a way if manually starting a user inventory?
To explain, we use SSO. I have an AD group that is "View only" in terms of entitlements. I added a user to this yesterday and they don't show that group in their memebership (Admin - Users - Details - Under "Groups"), The other AD groups they are members of show and are correct.
Likewise, I have a user that was in the group pre renaming the group, they only show the old group name. If I click on this then I get an error as obviously that group doesn't exist in AD.
I have tried data collections via Compute Resources, they succeed but the AD membership still isn't correct.
Is there any way I can give it a kick ?
