vcenter server performance problem

Dears

I have installed vcenter server on Windows 2012 Server with 8 GB memory in a nested environment  . The performance of the server is really bad .Do i need to install additonal RAM or is there any way to tune the performance . I have attached the screenshot .

Yes you will need to increase memory because memory consumption is almost 100%. If your inventory is small then 8GM memory for VC is OK. Can you please check which process is eating so mcuh memory?

I checked the process whcih is causing the slowness but is there any way to increase the performance .

With all these java process(vdcs and webclient), you will have to increase memory. I guess be 16 Gb will be good enough.

After increase the memory RAM I will recommend you take a look at disk performance also... can you confirm if database is running on the same server ?

Yes  it has embedded database .

On windows, embedded database support only 5 host and 50 VM's. Make sure you are not using more then that. If you have more inventory then have a remote database or use VCSA. If you are running less then 5 host and 50 VM's then I dont htink you would be having Disk IO problem.
