Need a CMDB recommendation

I'm looking for a CMDB that is:

-easy to update / cloud scale architecture / REST APis in and out - easy to integrate with other systems from a development standpoint

-Cheap - low entry price point - easy setup / entry

-(not VMware Service Manger)

-Flexible and easy to customize

-Can work for the small guy SMB market but can scale also

Suggestions?

Would you mind to elaborate a little why you have chosen ServiceNow, how do you use it with your infrastructure and how it integrates with vSphere, as well as point to some good source of information?

sorry - actually it was Cherwell not servicenow but I moved to another project so I can't tell you why
