Slow N/W Performance only on one VM

Hi,

I am experiencing slow N/W performance with only one VM that is hosted on a ESXi 5 server.

This host also runs other VM's which do not experience any poor performance with networking, its only one that I am having issues with.

Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

Just an update, after running some checks it is actually the virtual hard disk as the issue.

Delay wise disk latency is at .47 well over the .25 that is considered slow.
