Thanks. Have you tried restarting the tcserver on connector-va and retrying the view pools sync? If not, can you please try that. Here are the steps to do that

1. Login to connector-va as root

2. Run the command "/etc/init.d/tcserver-c2 restart"

3. Then wait for the server to start.

4. try view pools sync again.

Hello,

What version of Workspace is this? 2.0? or earlier? Do you have View Pools synching on a schedule? or is the interval set to manual?

Can you please provide us the file /opt/vmware/c2/c2instance/logs/connector.log from your connector-va for further troubleshooting?

You can use a program such as winscp to copy that file to your PC. Please note that by default root user is not allowed to login via ssh/scp, however you can enable it using instructions such as VMware KB: Enabling root access for SSH and SFTP on VMware Horizon Workspace virtual appliances

Glad I could help. You are running a old version of Workspace. Please consider migration to 2.1 version which is our most recent version.

Apart from View integration, what other features of Workspace do you use?
