Cant start 2 VMs at the same time - memory issues

    FrankStoner Lurker

I m running into troubles trying to run 2 VMS at the same time. VMWare Workstation 10

The first VM starts without any troubles. But when i try to start the 2nd one i get the following error message:

Not enough physical memory is available to power on this virtual machine with its configured settings. To fix this problem, power off other virtual machines, decrease the memory size of this virtual machine to 2152 MB, increase the amount of physical memory for all virtual machines to 3477 MB, or adjust the additional memory settings to allow more virtual machine memory to be swapped.

I gave each VM 3072 MB RAM and set the reserved memory in the Workstation Preferences to 9216 MB. Additional memory is set to "Allow some virtual machine memory to be swapped"

Each VM runs Windows 7 SP1, only program installed so far is Microsoft Security Essentials. I have tried multiple fixes, from reinstalling VMWare to doing changes to the config.ini file.

      Here is my current Hardware:

I gladly take any advice, i m totally new to VMWare, i dont see my hardware being the issue but i might overlook something that is easy spot able for an advanced user.
