you should be able to manually remove (rm -f file) some core file placed in /storage/core.
Doing this, it should free some disk space.

You can delete the core dumps... just stop the vCenter services, delete the files and start the services again.
The following KB explain some situation where the core dumps fill up the /storage/core dump partition on vCSA 5.0: VMware KB: VMware vCenter Server Appliance 5.0 vpxd crashes few seconds after starting
And on KB article you can found the note:
To resolve this issue due to core dumps filling the partition:
- Connect to vCenter Server Appliance console as the root user. The default password is vmware.
- Change directory to /storage/core and run the ls command to check for core files
Note: If there are core dumps, delete these dumps and try to start the service again. The problem should now be solved.

i don't see coredump file in /storage/core directory
and my vcenter server is not crashing but I get error.
how do i delete file here, i try to remove file but as you see in screen shot, it is not deleted.

Step 1: Login to the new VCSA 6.0U1 HTML5 web client. https://ip address:5480

Step 2: Enable SSH and Bash Shell
Step 3: Login as root and type "shell" at Command> shell
Step 4: df -h (Check if it's out of space)
/dev/mapper/core_vg-core 50G 50G 0 100% /storage/core
Step 5: Stop the services of VCSA:
hostname: # service vmware-vpxd stop
hostname: # service vmware-vpxd status (make sure it is stopped)
Step 6: cd /storage/core
Step 7: rm -rf *.tgz (be CAREFUL...do this in the wrong directory and you will be retrieving from a backup.)

Step 8: service vmware-vpxd restart
Step 9: history -c
Step 10: Refresh the browser (https://ip address:5480). Now it's all green
