High Disk Queue Length on persona share

Would high Disk Queue Length on the Windows file server that has the persona share cause general slowness in other applications with in the View desktops?

If the files that are being retrieved from persona are associated with the application then it could cause slowness. I think you should be see high CPU wait time on the VMs that are seeing performance issues.
