What do I need to think about when determining what physical servers should be P2V'd first in a P2V project? I want to identify low hanging fruit and consider anything else that is important relative to the order of the migrations.
For example:
-If it is the first Linux box to undergo a P2V, then pick an application with low usage, low criticality and lenient SLA and RPO requirements to get admins feet wet with the process before doing something critical. (obvious)
-What else should I think about to help determine which applications / Operating Systems to virtualize first?
