the root of the issue is likely with the IaaS server.  Is the VMware vCloud Automation Center Service running on the IaaS server?

Is this a NEW build or has it worked for a while?

IF it is not new when did you notice this , are there other symptoms?

reboot the IAAS server if you can

it's a new install.

When i try this i get an error  - seems to be something with model manager .. just don't know how to check the issue.

start with the windows services are they all running ?

goto the app and sys log on the windows box.

note any persistent errors ,  log in to reporduce the error and check the windows log for any errors that are the exact time that you loged in and got the error

if you cant find anything , look at any other windows logs first setup.log ? then goto the catalina.out log on the VCAC "core" vApp

good luck !!!!!Smiley Happy
