I'm connected to my vCenter Server from my Android phone, but getting "Serverfaultcode"
when trying to add VM's or Hosts. I've try from vpn, but today I'm trying from internal network,
getting same error.

The error is usually due to Server version incompatibility, could you provide the version of your vCenter?
The app supports vCenter 5.0 & up.

Need more information for this and check log file in system
that give you more information like communication error or anything else.

If you don't mind, could you try the latest version v1.4 on the store?
There is a chance it might work with 4.1
Working on Hosts (still getting Serverfaultcode) but not working on VM's...
