Iaas deployment fails with SSL /TLS error

I am facing issue while installing IaaS as part of vCAC 6.0.1.1, following are the steps I followed :-

1.) I Deployed the vcloud automation appliance 6.0.1.1 on vCenter 5.5 U1

2.) Configured time zone, SSO, SSL certs (we are using wildcard mckinsey cert), Licensing part.

3.) We have windows 2008 r2 SP1 windows server ready with all pre requisites as per support matrix checklist.

4.) Downloaded the Iaas Setup from vcac appliance url and ran the installer, opted custom install, Selected Iaas Server then selected all four components (Database, Model Manager Data, Website & Manager Services.

5.) We opted installer to create the db for Iaas and so we ran the installer with service account which has sysadmin privileges on external sql 2008 enterprise server.

Installer is failing and found this error "Failed to start manager services: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel." in vcacconfiguration...log file under program files (x86)\vcac\configtool\logs path. It also shows error MSB3073 in log file.

I have attached the log file.

Any help to troubleshoot this will be highly appreciated. We are stuck with project deployment

Do you install SSL certificate with privet key to IIS service ?

Update the Certificate in Internet Information Services

Update the vCloud Automation Center Appliance with the IaaS Certificate

Hi,

Should I update the wildcard cert to IIS prior to run Iaas setup on server. And I can follow second step once I have Iaas installed on server however Iaas Setup is failing with the error I mentioned above. Looking forward to hear further.
