Lenovo NIC express Card + drivers for a realtec RTL8111DL

Hi experts!!,

I continue with my lab and purchase a NIC card for the laptop lenovo T430., for the express card slot. So I will have 2 cards and I can start to learn more things.

I remember reading in a post time ago that ESXi 5.5 detect the express card slot, ( maybe I am wrong)  so I only need to add the VIB drivers from the card.

Anyone has add a NIC  card in the express card slot? and can help me? Also I need to VIB drivers for this NIC model RTL8111DL
