I need to know which permissions are required for ShareWitness Folder.

Which ShareWitness folder?
Is it the Shared Install Data folder containing backup file (nfssetup.dat, etc) or the Protected folder?

You can check the Data tabs if you want to see the list of protected files and folders, you can also create inclusion or exclusion filter for the protection.
