But i try connect VI to ESX4.1 and check service VIM is sensor running find and show on VI.
'http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=101308...' not work and can't solve.
Anyone can solve ?

Can you restart the CIM service on the ESXi host.?
Thank dor reply,
Yes i already restart CIM service on ESX4.1 but still not work.
/etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart
and VC5.5 and ESX is under same switch and same vlan.
I try disable firewall on two hosts and still not solve.

Noone can help?
Thanks
Connect to the ESX service directly using vSphere client and under configuration->Health Status is the status displayed correctly.? Can you reset the sensor again and check.? If you are able to see the hardware status correctly, then the CIM service is working fine at the ESXi level. We have to find whether the issue is with the port block between the VC and the ESX or the query service is causing the issue...
The below link talks about the issue same issue, where in some of the users are successful in fixing the issue by removing the host and adding it back to vCenter.
Hardware monitoring service on this host is not responding or not available
P.S: Remove from vCenter and Add back might remove the historical data from the vCenter database. You might consider Disconnect and Re-Connect of host from vCenter instead of Remove and Re-Add.
Thank for Reply,
1.>Health Status is the status displayed correctly.? (YES, With connect with Vsphere client directly to ESX4.1)
2.Can you reset the sensor again and check.? YES I can reset and service already running.
3.We have to find whether the issue is with the port block between the VC and the ESX or the query service.... (VC5.5 and ESX4.1 is same network and same VLAN not have any firewall and iptable was closed)
4. Try remove Host from VC and re add Host not solve same error.
Any idea?
