Weekly report from Custom UI

Reports in vsphere UI does not allow multi host selection and is not sufficient.

Is is possible to generate a snapshot or other things that gives me a graphical view of the dashboard in custom UI at a regular interval?

If you need to select multiple resources for a report, then look at populating a custom group with those resources and looking at the reporting/view options for it.

I have created a custom report using the vcops-viewsreports script and I am able to view it with vm (i set the objecttype to vm)

But then i dont have the option to generate the report when populating a custom group with vm.

I am not sure what object type should i be changing to.

Groups?Group? Both dont seems to work for me. Any idea?
