Force close windows after restart appears after end user gets disconnected.

We are having issues with people not closing all their open applications before restarting their virtual desktop. When

the user clicks restart in their virtual desktop before closing all their applications they get disconnected. However

the virtual desktop is waiting for the end user to respond to "Do you want to force close your applications". In this state

the end user can no longer logon to their virtual desktops because it has disabled the view agent. I have to go in the vi client

and answer the question before the virtual desktop restarts. Has anybody been able to resolve this issue? We are using Vsphere

5.1 and view 5.1.1.

You could try modifying the pool settings to reset desktops that are disconnected for a certain period of time.   This way if it goes into a disconnected state longer than the specified time frame View performs a reset which would free up the desktop.
