error authentication from vCenter (vSphere V 5.1)

Hello,

after a restart of the vCenter server, i can no log-in in the my server vCenter (vSphere V 5.1) with the following error:

"A general system error occurred: authorize exception"

In the log i find the following message:

"The description for Event ID 1000 from source VMware VirtualCenter Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Starting VMware VirtualCenter 5.1.0 build-1123961

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table"

In the log I can not find active directory authentication failures or connection error to microsoft sql! Smiley Sad

i tried to delete and add server vCenter from active directory, but nothing! Smiley Sad

Hi and thank you!

Please apologize  for my bad english

It could be that something has gone wrong with your SSO server or a SSL certificate.  vCenter 5.1 requires SSO to pass authentication through, so if your SSO server is not working properly you will not be able to login to your vCenter.

Try logging into your webclient with your SSO login which would be administrator@vSphere.local.  This account and password would of been set when you setup your SSO server.

Hope this helps
