SSO Users krbtgt and K/M

I noticed the vSphere.local SSO Users krbtgt and K/M. I was informed by VMware support that these would not have to be modifed as part of the OpenSSL "Heartbleed" remediation but, I wasn't provided much detail on what these accounts are used for.

Can anyone provide additional detail on the specific pupose of these accounts?

These accounts are shell accounts for kerberos authentication.  K/M is like the Key Master and krbtgt is like the admin.  But they are right you should not touch them.
