To my knowledge PCMCIA has never been listed in Virtual Machine Features and Specifications in any version.
That said there are lots of different PCMCIA devices and if whatever you're using shows to the Host OS as a USB Device then that would probably be available to the Guest as USB but not as a PCMCIA device.
