Hi all,

i have a problem login to srm 5.5(upgrade from 5.1.1) plugin.please below

errorsrm.png

This error does not affect all vcenter admin domain user, admin internal SSO vcenter. And only happen @ vcenter recovery site.

Login succes to srm plugin if we remote from protected site.

And after that error appear like below(use same user for login to remote vcenter)

My first suspect is vcenter sso(vcenter upgrade from 5.1 to 5.5).

But if  use "use windows session credential" for login to recovery site, this issue not appear.

Can you help Smiley Happy

Thanks..

Hi HadiSantoso

Could you check your default identity source on the vCenter SSO?
Make sure you have same default identity source on recovery site & protected site

Identity Sources for vCenter Server with vCenter Single Sign-On

vSphere 5.5 Documentation Center

Set the Default Domain for vCenter Single Sign-On

vSphere 5.5 Documentation Center

If you change the vCenter credentials to connect to SRM, don't forget to update it in SRM

Modify the Installation of an SRM Server

Site Recovery Manager 5.5 Documentation Center

Thanks,

Bayu

Hi,

1) Verify that the user account for Site Recovery Manager in Active Directory is not locked, the password for the user has not been changed since SRM was installed, and the password is set not to expire.

2) The Site Recovery Manager service may not be running. Check the services on the SRM server to be sure that the Site Recovery Manager Service is running.

To resolve this issue when the user password has changed, ensure to update the password stored in SRM.

To change the stored password:

-- In SRM 5.x, run the installer in the modify mode. For more information, see Modify the Installation of an SRM Server in the following link:
