What is the version of Infrastructure Navigator is being used?
Also, please try clearing the cache of the browser and log in again in the vSphere Web Client and check the results.

rgcda Apr 16, 2014 8:41 AM (in response to kashifkarar01)Thanks for the reply. As I stated we are running 5.8.0.117 build 14466517 which is the latest version and compatible with 5.5u1. I also attempted clearing the ache of the browser several times and it didn't help the situation.

3. Re: internal error after upgrading to 5.5 U1
sreiss Apr 16, 2014 10:57 PM (in response to rgcda)Officially vin 5.8 is not supported on vShpere 5.5U1 (vin 5.8.2 which will be released on June will support that).
However, VIN 5.8 might work, please try to re install the vin appliance.

4. Re: internal error after upgrading to 5.5 U1
rgcda Apr 17, 2014 8:01 AM (in response to sreiss)Thanks for the reply but according to the VMware Product Interoperability Matrixes that is incorrect. When you read the installation / upgrade guide it says to check your plugins against the matrix before upgrading. I did and it's compatible with vSphere 5.5 U1 and ESXi 5.5 U1 according to the matrix.
