Force vcops to reset and recollect VM statistics

Hi guys.

Ten days ago, i started to install two systems in two differents virtual machine.

Ok, the first and second day, vCops warning me that this virtual machines has only 13 "health points".

Ok, no problem because i am installing Operating Systems, update operating system, installing app, etc. High network and cpu consume, and disk writing. "It's normal".

But now, after ten days, the two virtual machines still have 13 "health points". One machine is shutdown since 3 days, and the other virtual machine works perfectly with low consume (is a WSUS).

The "Root cause ranking" says nothing!!!  :S

I thing that maybe the statistics virtual machine collector is blocked or something.

There is a way to "reset" statistics for this virtual machines?

Thanks

You can stop the collection and start it at every object level when you select it in custom UI.

Have you tried doing that?
