network pool fills up 100%

Hi

While implementing vCD, i have come across an issue. I have two VLANs that i can use in vCD set up. I am using the first VLAN for direct connection so that the vApps will get the IP as per the VLAN. The other VLAN i intend to use for VLAN backed network pool. So for that i have created a dvSwitch which has VLAN 128 trunk from the physical switch. When i create a VLAN backed network pool, by giving VLAN 128, its created fine. As soon as i connect any one of the organization that is connected to this network pool from the edge gateway, the network pool shows filled up to 100%. VALN128 is /24 subnet and has 254 IPs available and its getting filled up to 100% by only 1 edge gateway does not make sense.  I am not sure, what is wrongly set up in the config. Appreciate valuable inputs/insights.

are you using suballocated IPs?

you can define the IP counts in the IP Pool Section in the Network Propreties.
