Virtual machine on vmware workstation 10 not start !

Dear Experts ,

My system was built as below :  Virtual machine >>>Vmware workstation 10  >> windows 7> ESXi 4.1 --- Dell Physical server

I have issue with Virtual machine not start in vmware workstation 10. When o start  virtual machine , alert " Running Vmware workstation in virtual machine requires for outer virtual machine to be configured for running Vmware ESX guest operation system ..." .

Please help me to fix issue . Many thank ALL
