How to X-vMotion / Enhanced vMotion etc.

Hi,

Has anyone had any success figuring out how to do a vMotion operation on a VM without shared storage?

I tryed: Get-VM "MyVM"| Move-VM -datastore (Get-VMHost "MyHost" | Get-datastore "MyDataStore" ) -destination (get-vmhost  "MyHost") -RunAsync

It results in a timeout at 27% on vSphere 5.1.
