Hi there,

after a reboot of the Horizon Workspace 1.5 environment i get the error:

A communication problem occurred. The page you want to view cannot be loaded. Contact your administrator with this error: 502 Bad Gateway.

I searched the forum and found that others get the same error.

But i did not find a solution.

Please help me.

Can you please check the logs on service-va? /opt/vmware/horizon/horizoninstance/logs/horizon.log

The server may not have come up properly.

I searched the log and see errors - but i cannot interpret them.

I attached the log.

Maybe you can have a look.

Maybe i´ve found my problem but i cannot fix it...

from my gateway vm:

workspace:/var/log # /opt/vmware/nginx/sbin/getServiceIPs.sh

Unable to find the ovf environment.

sshuser: getServiceIPs.sh unable to locate configurator IP.

Can you please help.

i fixed the last error by correcting the vapp options.

The 502 bad gateway error still exits.
