I am looking into separating the guest OS swap files from the VM. Reason for this is that our filers are very busy and we have been advised to separate these files.
It is pretty well documented that doing this is a significant admin overhead. One of the things on my list was to start automation our environment (vCAC, Orchestrator) and I think
separating these OS page files may complicate automating big time (taking into account the process described here VMware KB: Avoiding replication of paging files and other transient data in Site Recovery Manager
Is anyone out there doing something similar?
