Unofficial whitebox/compatibility list

We are looking to install ESX 5.5 on an HP Elitedesk 800 G1. I can't find anything on the www and the old whitebox site hasn't been updated in a while.

Does anyone know whether ESX will work with this system or have links to updated whitebox lists?

I can verify that the EliteDesk 800 G1 USDT (ultra small or "slim" form factor) will indeed work with unsupported slipstreamed driver. Fairly easy to follow:

VMware Front Experience: ESXi-Customizer

ESXi 5.1U, Z87-PRO, Adaptec ASR-6805E

Home IT Lab | Setting up a home IT Lab

Download the customizer from link #1, download the driver (.vib) attached to post in link #2, follow relatively easy instructions found in link #3 to slip the vib into custom ISO. I found nothing else missing from the ESXi installation once I ran through it (hardware all recognized etc.).
