vr can not config

Hi .

I have installed vsphere replication appliance 5.5 i don't have domain and installed vcenter without any domain controler I just want use ip adress now my VR configuration are in pic 2, pic3 and when i click on Generate and install Button. red Error appear On Top Of The Page and my VR not work how can i solve this problem ?

Hi,

The error "execv() arg 2 must contain only strings" is most certainly due to some non-ascii characters (known issue with the VR backend scripts for the VAMI UI). Can you please check if your DB password, or VirtualCenter.FQDN advanced setting or something at /opt/vmware/etc/vami/ovfEnv.xml inside the appliance contains non-ascii characters?

How about putting a VRM site name in so that it has something to identify itself as.

Have a look at your screenshots, look for the empty box. You need a canonical name to identify the VR instance as. This has nothing to do with SRM, but is something that needs to be configured for VR. Don't make me bust out the documentation
