High Performance Computer with VMware

My Company have so many physical server in deference specification and brands, My Goal is to bundling those servers become one high performance server (like a mainframe) in virtual.

after that I'll install the ESXi on it, my question is what VMware products can handle all my needs? thanks ( sorry for my English)
