Hello,
vCOPS 5.8 is the version we are running. vCOPS has 3 vCenter registrations across our enterprise. On 2 clusters which are on 2 separate vCenters when I am inside vCops either via the plugin or web interface and I click /double click on the cluster and expect to see it expand and show the VM's that are in the cluster it does nothing.
On another cluster I double click and then see the cluster resources.. permissions look identical on all levels of the environments.. any ideas folks?

>> were the 5.5 hosts new installs or were they upgraded form 5.1?
The ESXi 5.5 hosts were new installs (not an upgrade).
>> Was vC Ops upgraded to 5.8 after the hosts were running 5.5 or before they were 5.5?
The VCops 5.8 was a new install (not an upgrade) after the ESXi 5.5 Hosts had already existed.

Thanks for the input. It looks like a bug is already spun up for this and getting addressed.
Thanks for everyones input. I had forgotten about my initial question and thought it was an isolated incident. I resorted to doing a complete reinstall of the VCOPS vAPP which did resolve my problem.
After doing maintenance recently on all the ESXi 5.5 hosts in the cluster they all disappeared once again, so I revisited my thread.
The KB article has enabled me to fix the issue and take the hosts out of the VCOPS maintenance mode, and now they show up in the normal VCOPS UI
Thanks
Paul.
