Internal Database Connection Setup -- Error creating admin user 502 Bad Gateway

I had removed my instance of Workspace 1.5 (upgraded from 1.0) in my lab and decided to run a fresh installation of 1.5.2.  I made no changes to DNS, IP Pool and removed all legacy browser extensions from vCenter prior to doing the install.  The vApp installed without any hiccups and I was able to enter my license key and set my password on the Configurator.  The next step where I'm setting up the internal database ultimately fails with "Error creating admin user:  502 Bad Gateway".  Any one have any idea what may be causing this?

Are you seeing this in your horizon.log on the service-va by chance?

/opt/vmware/horizon/horizoninstance/logs/horizon.log 05 Aug 2013 13:17:16,855 [com.vmware.horizon.common.utils.Messages] (tomcat-http--9) (de06febe093c829:(de06febe093c829:10.1.1.176)) WARN: No such key 401 05 Aug 2013 13:17:16,858 [com.vmware.horizon.common.utils.Messages] (tomcat-http--9) (de06febe093c829:(de06febe093c829:10.1.1.176)) WARN: No such key Cannot create organization as it already exists horizon.log lines 1032-1073/1073 (END)

If you re-import the OVA to a different datastore does that make any difference?
