Changing port 443 to other port number for gateway-va

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to change the gateway-va SSL 443 port to 4442 port? it is because my public IP is already tied to port 443 for other services. Therefore I need to change it.

I been looking around at google with no luck.

Appreciate if anyone out there can teach me how to change it.

We don't support changing the port for gateway-va itself.

If you need Workspace to run on a different port, you will need to install a reverse proxy server (apache, nginx or others) and redirect the traffic to gateway-va. You will also need to change FQDN in Horizon Workspace to point to the load balancer.

I added a rule to the IPTables to reroute all requests to 443 to 4442. This worked well for us. but then I couldnt get it to work on the iOS or the Android app as they don't take in port numbers.
