50% till December 31? Now the discount is not taken automatically when you check out

Hello.

I was prepared VCA-DCV and VCA-WM. I took and passed them.

Now I've been prepared the VCA-Cloud to take the exam today. However the 50% discount is not have been applied when you check out (with the previous ones I don't have any problem).

Somebody with the same problem?

i have entered many times vouchers and just got 50% discount . as my area EMEA showing fee in GBP was 60 and after discount 30... but i tried multiple codes to get full discount.

but unfortunately they blocked my account and saying to contact customer service..

i am not getting response from customer service,, please any advise regarding my account oped again ??

how i can get my account open again please help me??

i also tried to use toll free number of my region but that is may be wrong ...
