Problem for the most 'experts: use folder sharing with iso created with remastersys

I created a virtual machine ubuntu iso that I created. The run regularly in VMPlayer without installation, I already uploaded the vmtools.
It works but if I try to show him one or more 'guest disk folders: nothing. Not the office. Mount in there 'nothing.
Initially it gave me the error: unable to update run-time folder sharing status: there was an error mounting Shared Folders file system inside the guest operating system
I can not overcome this obstacle .... Also the installation of a full disc wrong. And 'possible, otherwise, work around the problem in any way?
Thanks in advance.

Not sure I completely understand the problem due to the translation, but I can guess at a couple of things that might help.

Do you have full read/write/share access to the folders you are trying to connect with? Sounds to me like you may not have the full Security and Share permissions.

I assume you are running the Player in windows, so can you run it in a compatibility mode for XP or Vista? Maybe that will help.
