Can VCM collect and report on ESXi hosts' VIB versions?

Hi. I need to make sure all my hosts have a certain version of the NetApp NFS plugin (https://library.netapp.com/ecmdocs/ECMP1237939/html/html/GUID-735E5961-E3FB-4105-A8F8-37F6444B68BC.h...), and I was hoping that VCM would pick this up, since VUM somehow can't report properly on whether this plugin is installed in each ESXi host or not.

However, I can't find any good data on this in VCM, nor in the VCM documentation or using a web search.

Does anybody know?

Well, that kind of shows that VCM doesn't really add much value to the vSphere layer, but is instead still focused on guest OS:es. Smiley Sad

PS. I realized why the NetApp NAS plugin doesn't detect properly. It's because the metadata only specifies ESXi 5.0 as the target platform. Will try to open an SR with NetApp regarding this.
