I just want to know a good option or a optimus architecture for this lab.

Any suggestions ?

For a lab you need a good PC with Workstation 7 and a 64bit OS or a "compatible" server.

At least you need 6 GB RAM (8 are better).

You can create 2 VM (2 GB vRAM each) with ESXi and one VM with vCenter Server (3 GB vRAM).

Also a small VM with vMA (you can reduce the memory to 256 GB).

Do you think this kind of Lab could be enough for VCAP-CIA?

Tnx

I think you will need more than that for the CIA in my opinion due to having to create the vCloud layer on top of the vSphere layer which takes a lot more resources and due to you need to separate the management and resource clusters to practice good design practice for the exam.

i would get two micro servers additional to what Andre has recommended for your vCloud resource cluster
