Login???

I don't ever remember (but perhaps I did) setting up a username and password for the IPad app I downloaded.  Its VMware Education Services.  Every username/email and pass I usually would use doesn't work.  There are no settings, account sign up options... nothing... How do I get into this thing VMware?... how?

Let me see if i can find out who was in charge of the app to see what the login info is. I don't know that it's tied to anything specific (definitely not the Education login from our website). Please keep in mind that this isn't created by us and I'm not even sure if it's approved by us. If you are using your Education login you may want to change it on our actual website.

Oh, actually that helps, this may not be an App from VMware itself.  the app is powered by Content Raven.  I'll check with them.

I would throw some caution as this app appears to have nothing to do with VMware Education. It's not about our classes or class content.

I am thinking the same at this point.  Once you said it's nothing from VMware I dismissed it.

Hi All,

The app that you are referring to is showing a little prematurely.  The app will be available and will allow some course materials to be available on tablets / mobile devices.  This availability will be coming in the near future.  So with this being said, no worries it is not a malicious app.  Look for announcements that will be coming soon.  Thanks!

Although Jenn's account doesn't show it she does work for VMware.

Is the VMware Education Services app by ContentRaven for viewing the VMware elearning courses? You mentioned it has nothing to do with VMware, but then another VMware employee said different.

If it is legit, any idea when it will be available? I would really love to take the courses on my iPAd.

It's meant for the on-Demand classes at this time. You'd need to sign-up for on-Demand courses that support the app.
