Having trouble moving a vApp from one oVDC to another - any ideas?

I found some instructions online, which said to stop the vApp and then right-click on it and select "move to..." and then select the oVDC to move it to.  But the only location I see in the drop down is the originating oVDC.

The documentation, unfortunately, doesn't appear to provide any other requirements that need to be met in order for this to work.  I'm curious if there are requirements I can check that might prevent this action from working.

Is the second oVDC enabled? If it's disabled it will not show up in the drop down.

Thanks for the reply.  We have a number of oVDCs, including the one in question, and all show as enabled.  So, that doesn't appear to be it.

Could it be related at all to any of the network configurations or anything?  These oVDC are all part of the same pVDC, but are on different organizational and external networks.

if there is a Org vDC Network unique to the original Org vDC which is not shared, then you might not be able to move since we cannot meet all the requirements to move the vApp and keep it identical.
