vCenter service fails to start with dangling SSL error

Hello All,

I'm getting below error when starting vcenter service after a database migration. DB migration was done within the same host moving the vcenter db from SQL express 2005 to SQL express 2008.

Below was taken from running the vcenter service on the foreground "vpxd -s"

Appreciate any advice to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Yajith
