Care to explain why i can,t login with the AD service Account?
We recently uncovered an issue with Workspace 1.5:
If an AD user is added to Workspace, then removed from Workspace and -re-added later - user record loses its role attribute.
Usually this type of activity is happening with BindDN user, which is added to Workspace as an admin first.
You can use non-AD admin account to promote any other AD user to be an Administrator.
We are currently working on a workaround to recover role attribute when it is missing.
